After growing up during my teenage years with low self esteem, depression and poor eating habits which caused me to have an eating disorder for 4 years. I decided change needed to be made. I started working out, eating right and quit smoking, and realized I had never been happier. After taking up boxing; my confidence grew and I developed a healthy and positive lifestyle.
I really would like to work with teenagers who have poor self image and such, just as I did, and to help build confidence and teach them that they are beautiful inside and out.
In my spare time I enjoy boxing, jogging, rock climbing, and skydiving. Exploring new and fun activities such as Zumba, Yoga, and Pilates.
